This short, but intense conditioning class will build muscle and mobility required for pole dance and other aerial arts. Each class will target one major area of our body (abs/core, arms and shoulders, back, hips and legs). We will use resistance bands, blocks, and the pole for conditioning exercises. No pole experience is needed and this class is open to non-dancers, too! It will be a great workout even if you aren't working towards pole goals - the strength you will build transfers!
