Reach your flexy goals with this active flexibility training class. Each class will focus on one area of our body and dance-focused bendy goal (backbends, shoulder mobility, front splits, middle splits, etc.). We will start each class by activating the muscles needed to safely get us into and out of deep stretches, then relax into those poses for maximum lengthening and improved active and passive flexibility.
